Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working in partnership with a large social care company in Chesterfield, who are recruiting for a temporary Accounts Assistant to join their well established finance team. The role is initially for a 12 month period to cover maternity, however they have said that for the right person, they would look at offering the role permanently.

Main responsibilities of Temporary Accounts Assistant:
Assisting with processing of sales and purchase invoices
Daily account reconciliations
Managing petty cash
Balance sheet reconciliations
Monthly payroll processing
Preparation of monthly reports including, journals, accruals, profit and loss
Accruals and prepayments
Ad hoc accounting responsibilities
Personal qualities required:
Proactive attitude to work
Ability to prioritise busy workload within a fast-paced environment
Happy to work within a large, friendly finance team
