To work within the HR department to plan deliver and implement key transformational projects within the HR Function so that people, process, compliance and workflow runs efficiently and effectively, generates positive change all within the time factors.

Description
Manage and execute multiple complexprojects across the HR function, utilising various project management methodologies.
Identify potential risks and issues, developing mitigation plans to keepprojects on track.
Ability to engage positively with key stakeholders and external consultants.
Design, develop and deliver a communications and implementation plan for business-critical projects by year end.
Working with the functional leads to ensure the detailed delivery of key project milestones are on time and within budget, resource and policy.
Collate and own the key people data and undertaking analysis and insight where appropriate.
Provide coaching, feedback and practical solutions for key stakeholders enhancing their people management capabilities and confidence.
Communicate to HR leaders the progress, developments and success of the projects on a monthly basis
Work collaboratively with the HR Team ensuring the sharing of knowledge and expertise to ensure ongoing development and providing regular support as required.
EnsureHR projects comply with relevant laws and regulations in the UKProfile
CIPD Level 5 or working towards or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in project management, or relevant qualification, within a multi-stakeholder environment.Up to date knowledge of current employment legislation / best practice.
