Job Title: Signalling Supervisor
Location: South West
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) with OT available.

About Us: Matchtech are looking to support our biggest client with one of its maintenance depots in the South West. Committed to ensuring the safety and efficiency of our rail network. As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and overseeing the signalling systems that keep trains running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Supervision: Lead a team of skilled technicians and engineers responsible for maintaining and repairing signalling equipment.
Surveying and Assessment: Conduct staff surveys to gather insights, identify areas for improvement, and enhance team performance.
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with safety standards, protocols, and industry regulations.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve signalling issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including track maintenance and operations, to coordinate efforts effectively whilst reporting to the Section Manager.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience as a Signalling Supervisor or in a similar role.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with signalling systems, interlocking principles, and control systems.
Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and guide a team.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for staff surveys and effective communication with colleagues.
Safety Focus: Committed to maintaining a safe working environment.
