Business Development Manager
Description
This role is a great opportunity for some ambitious to come in and to help build out the new business aspect of the agency.
We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, has experience selling marketing and is target driven.
Given we’re still a relatively new agency, only launching in March 2024, there’s loads of growth opportunities to grow into as the agency grows.
Key tasks
Responsible for leading our clients new business department and bringing in new client partnerships
Setting up sales systems/processes to benefit prospecting and the whole sales process.
Building out sales collateral- Decks, agency creds, pitch deck templates
Reviewing and advising on processes to ensure that once new business Is brought in, how can we maximise the customer lifetime value and identify cross/up sell opportunities in the future.
Key results/objectives

Hitting sales targets/KPI’s.
•
Proactive approach to benefit new business but the wider agency client experience also.
•
Putting together useful sales material to use on pitches/for future BDM’s to utilise.
Salary
£30,000-£35,000 Per Annum Basic Salary.
Commission Structure in place per new client bought on.
Bonuses in place for each quarterly sales target achieved
