Key Responsibilities

Develop and nurture relationships with customers, building long-term trust and rapport by offering solid solutions and ideas to meet their business needs.

Identify opportunities using a variety of resources and strategic questioning techniques to find gaps within the existing ledger.

Maintain a detailed and updated working pipeline document of all prospective business.

Provide accurate and timely information and feedback to management and other business areas to ensure continued service excellence and growth opportunities.

Report monthly on sales performance and future plans, implementing action plans where necessary.

Follow good management practices and all processes to ensure the health and safety of employees and customers.
Qualifications

Passion for food, particularly seafood, with hospitality industry knowledge; seafood experience is a great advantage, though sales experience is not essential.

Thorough knowledge and understanding of the marketplace and the food industry.

High level of professionalism while remaining personable and approachable.

Collaborative and hands-on approach, driven by excellent customer service skills.

Analytical methodology to seek out and optimize growth opportunities.

Valid driving license and ability to work across the region as required for customer base; must live within a reasonable commuting distance.
