Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base for both temporary and permanent recruitment services. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales in both temporary and permanent recruitment services.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and exceptional service delivery.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand market trends, and position our services effectively.

Tailored Recruitment Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and deliver customized staffing solutions that match their requirements.

Proposal Writing & Presentations: Prepare and present professional business proposals, sales pitches, and contracts to prospective clients.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Networking: Attend industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand your professional network.

Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and successful placement of candidates.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Knowledge: Understanding of the recruitment industry, including market trends and best practices.

Proactive: A self-starter with a proactive approach to business development and a drive to achieve targets.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the recruitment team and other departments to deliver excellent service.
