Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be supporting an award winning business, based in Ferndown, in their search for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temporary contract basis.
This role is well suited to a self-motivated and hardworking individual with good planning and prioritisation skills.
Reporting to the Accounts Manager you will be required to communicate effectively with superiors, colleagues, and centre departments and personnel.
Key Accountabilities
Create Bacs and Cheque payment runs ensuring timely payments
Support personnel in the centres to resolve any issues or discrepancies
Reconcile invoices with the delivery paperwork and investigate anomalies.
Liaise with suppliers, ensuring all queries are dealt with ensuring outstanding credit notes are received.
Salary - £24-27k per annum
6-9 months
