Due to continued growth and success, we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This customer facing role will primarily involve working with our Senior Leadership Team to build on the Accord Solutions brand across the UK.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, sales, and client management.
Key Responsibilities

Identify New Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the Accord’s customer base.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.

Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
What Do You Need?

Demonstrable experience in business development, preferably within the IT/technology sector.

Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing revenue.

Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse and identify new business opportunities.

Driving Licence as occasional travel throughout the UK.
