Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum + BONUS

We’re currently recruiting for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Shoreditch.
We’re in a unique position having spent the last two years focusing heavily on software development. We’re now looking to add a new team member with the view to propel the company’s client growth, specifically our unique SAAS platform which integrates multiple business operations from online advertising, HR module, Video Interfaces as well as accessing online recruitment advertising services from the UK’s leading sites.
In this brand-new role, you’ll be tasked with managing the onboarding process for a mix of accounts both active and dormant – this requires customer service, account management with a focus on revenue retention and pinpointing features of the software that will best service the client’s needs.
Responsibilities;
Conduct online demo’s of the platform
Establishing relationships and nurturing clients to retain long term business
Assisting with the set-up of key features within client’s accounts based on fact finding missions
Follow up’s and regular check-ins with clients from managing the initial prospect to interactions, updating the early stages of the Deal pipeline in HubSpot.
Contribute ideas to clients to help improve their processes
Driving the business development of the software
Provide weekly forecasts to and keeping an active, organised pipeline
Producing tailored proposals and converting to deals

Requirements:
Customer Success Management Experience – must be from a business-to-business background
Experience conducting online meetings with clients
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong time management and organisation skills Sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to work towards targets.
Compensation:
Full-time position with a salary of up to £33,000 - £36,000 per annum base
OTE - £50,000 per annum
