KELTEK are currently looking to recruit a Business & Data Administrator for a exciting opportunity to work with a well establish, international company based in the Thorne area of Doncaster.
This role will see the successful candidate reporting directly to the Operations and Supply Chain Manager and working on the collection and analysis of important data to drive improved sales forecasts and inventory planning.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for the business sales forecasts incorporating improvement in accuracy level

Using Colibri forecasting system
-
Drive the monthly S&OP meetings, highlighting sales adherence to product portfolio and forecast.

Identify sales trends
-
Sales forecast updates to align with any changes
-
Support Purchasing
-
Responsible for creating and maintaining all business reports using Excel and Jet Reporting through the ERP system

Project management and data analysis in line with business requirements

Support of contract sales process

Support of sales team in developing contract sales
