We are currently representing a global professional services organisation who are looking to hire a Payroll & Benefits Advisor on a permanent, full time basis.
Reporting into the Senior Reward Manager, this role will oversee a payroll administrator and will take responsibility for managing all elements of the UK payroll.
Responsibilities include:
Managing the inhouse UK payroll, processed on a monthly basis
Day to day support and supervision of the payroll assistant
Month and year end processing duties
Assisting the Reward Manager in overseeing global benefits
Harmonisation and modernisation of benefits
Auto enrolment pension management
Experience required:
Excellent inhouse UK payroll & benefit experience
Strong Excel skills
Experience of working within a professional services environment
This role is on a hybrid working basis, with 3 days in the London office & 2 days working from home.
