Job Summary
Service Innovation Group UK are looking to recruit a passionate and driven Client Service Executive to work across multiple key accounts on behalf of top global brands. This supporting role will be instrumental to provide day-to-day planning, implementation, and execution of projects, analysing KPI reporting and acting as a secondary point of contact for clients and field.
The successful candidate will help us to continue to develop the service we provide clients and drive continual improvement through ways of working and innovation. Candidates should have a keen eye for detail, an aptitude for driving improvements and an interest in the retail landscape (mid-level to advanced excel skills would also be a preferred).
Role Responsibilities

Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborating with internal teams to plan, develop, and execute field marketing campaigns that meet the client’s objectives.

Project Coordination: Managing timelines, resources, and deliverables for campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope

Briefing Teams: Clearly communicating the client’s needs, campaign objectives, and expectations to internal teams, operations and other stakeholders.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking the progress and performance of campaigns, providing regular updates to clients, and producing post-campaign reports with insights and analysis.

Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the campaign, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining client confidence.

Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as q key point of contact alongside the Senior Client Services Manager, ensuring client satisfaction.

Client Presentations: Preparing and delivering presentations to clients on campaign strategies, results, and recommendations for future activities

Contract and SLA Compliance: Ensuring that all activities and deliverables are aligned with the contract terms and service-level agreements (SLAs) agreed upon with the client

Market and Competitor Research: Keeping up to date with market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to make informed recommendations to clients.

Team Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams such as creative, logistics, and field staff to ensure seamless collaboration and successful campaign execution.
