Facilities Coordinator, Slough, Contract 12 months, £176 per day via Umbrella PSC (£22 per hour)
This is a 12 month contract role for a Facilities Coordinator for a global facilities management company to provide support for, monitor the performance of, and coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives. This role involves developing close working relationships with key client stakeholders/partners, landlords, managing agents, and all facilities vendors.
Job Responsibilities:
This role involves managing and supporting a small team of multi-skilled operatives, developing relationships with clients, landlords, and vendors, and ensuring contractors meet required standards. Responsibilities include assisting in vendor procurement, managing financial processes, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role also involves conducting site inspections, audits, and safety procedures, supporting property risk management and business continuity plans, and ensuring premises are well-maintained. Additional duties include reporting, achieving KPIs and SLAs, and following incident escalation procedures.
This role would be reporting into the UK Lead FM, and will also be another Facilities coordinator this site and you will be working in a team of three, where you will from time to time support on large projects as well as run the daily operations.
Work Pattern, Location and other:
This is near Slough and is Monday to Friday, would be working 8.30am-5.30pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch break
May be required to travel to the London location but this wouldn't be on a frequent basis (only when the need arises)

This role is on site 5 days per week so you would need to be local to commute and enjoy working in a customer facing environment.

£22 per hour via Umbrella PSC / £176 per day Inside IR35 (40 hour week)
Experience Required:
You will need to have experience in facilities management as a coordinator for at least 2 years, have good computer literacy (excel / word / office) and have some hands on handyman skills. You will probably have a facilities qualification and health and safety experience or certification.
Skills:
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated with a confident and energetic attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible.
