Project Coordinator
Near Oxford
3 Month Temporary Contract
£200 per day
An innovative and rapidly expanding company are looking for a proactive, experienced Project Coordinator who is committed and driven. The aim of the role is to organize the day-to-day planning and project control of system builds and installations at customer sites in the UK and/or abroad. To include liaising with clients to agree specification and project scope and internal departments/third-party contractors.
You should have a Project Management qualification and 5 years plus experience of completing projects on time, in budget and to the agreed scope and customer expectations. It would also be desirable if you were Six sigma certified (green or black), NEBOSH or equivalent trained. And has had experience working in the food industry/manufacturing as a Project Coordinator and the deployment of capital equipment (£250,000-£500,000 projects)
Project Coordinator tasks to include (full job description can be supplied)
Lead, manage and coordinate projects with use of MS Project and other planning tools
Running of project meetings
Provide regular accurate daily reports
Liaise with finance to prepare and validate budget, maintain cost reports and forecasts
Mitigate risks through planning and applying processes constantly
