Maintenance Administration Support
We are currently looking for a proactive and experienced Maintenance contract support to join our team in South Kensington.
Key Responsibilities: -

To Provide administrative support for the maintenance team

Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities and appointments

Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and contracts

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors

Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to maintenance activities Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in administrative support or similar role

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and maintenance management software (planon)

Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
