Key Responsibilities

Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in managing the kitchen's daily operations.

Prepare and cook meals to a high standard as stated in the hotel's menu, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Demonstrate expertise and creativity in designing and preparing dishes, utilizing fresh and seasonal ingredients.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

Manage inventory and order supplies, ensuring the freshness of ingredients and efficient use of resources.

Conduct quality checks on ingredients and prepared dishes to ensure consistency and culinary standards are met.
