We are currently working on behalf of a Building Services company who are looking to recruit an Administrator Team Leader who will be based in their office in Potters Bar (EN6).
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Office Based)
Basic Salary: £32,000 p/a
Benefits: 28 days (inclu BH), Pension Scheme
Responsibilities:
- You will be required to manage a small team of administrators, monitoring calls
- To carry out weekly meetings with individual teams
- To check and sign off Administration Coordinators timesheets
- Assisting with calls in high demand periods
- Floor walking to help support CS staff in their duties as well as aid them whilst they deal with more challenging calls
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 5+ years experience as an Administrator
- Sufficient IT Skills
- Strong organisational skills
