Site Manager required in London
GVR Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join one of our longest standing clients. They are a £6m turnover contractor who undertake fit-out, refurbishment works as well as trade and builders work packages for an array of clients across London. As a business, they operate within the residential, commercial and aviation sector and he been established for over 30 years.
The initial project is a University strip out and fit out project which is a live environment so the ideal candidate will have experience working on Education / Live environment fit out and refurbishment schemes.
Requirements for the Site Manager:

Must have experience working on refurbishment or fit out projects in the Education and Commercial sectors

Experience working for a Well established main contractor

Experience working as the no.1 Manager

Highly driven and have a good eye for detail & quality

Trade background is preferential but not essential
