Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a CYPL Coordinator based in Chichester. This is a contract role working full time hours.
The job:
Managing databases and electronic files, collating key information, data migration and entry
Contract management, setting up purchase orders, issue receipts and update reports
Diary management, book and arrange meetings, taking notes, ensure actions and follow ups
Provide administration for small projects, research tasks, reporting and distributing confidential papers
Act as a first point of contact for the team via phone and email.The candidate:
Experience of providing business support and administrative support for a large organisation
Experience using databases/CRMs and strong MS office knowledge
Experience with key stakeholder management
GCSE English and Maths grade C and aboveThe client can offer hybrid working, with two office days minimum as an expectation
