As the business grows, your role as Customer Service Manager involves leading the Customer Service team, ensuring a professional environment, and enhancing customer satisfaction to boost sales. Key responsibilities include:
Managing, training, and mentoring the Customer Service team.
Establishing relationships with stakeholders for process improvement.
Coordinating with Commercial and Sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Setting and monitoring KPIs, and reporting on team performance.
Establishing and maintaining Customer Service policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service management experience.
Knowledge of customer service in a manufacturing environment.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to resolve issues calmly and innovatively.
