Core Responsibilities for the Client Services Consultant:
Act as the primary contact for all role-related inquiries.
Respond promptly and professionally to emails, adhering to company SLAs.
Escalate administrative errors swiftly to directors or practice managers.
Ensure advisors have all necessary information for meetings, both digitally and in print.
Provide technical support, resolving team technical issues efficiently.
Maintain and update confidential client information with precision.
Oversee CRM workflows, ensuring accurate task logging.
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Support new team members during their onboarding process.
Communicate proactively with practice and office managers about potential issues.
Implement effective work control strategies to enhance efficiency.
Broaden expertise in financial services, focusing on pensions, investments, and tax trusts.
Uphold a professional, courteous, and prompt attitude in all interactions, whether face-to-face, on the phone, or via email.
The Ideal Client Services Consultant will have:
Previous experience in a customer service role.
A full UK driving license.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly interpret and convey complex information.
Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in record-keeping and client management.
The ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
A proactive and self-motivated approach with strong time management skills.
