This position is based in our Orpington office 5 days a week. This is a 1 year fixed term contract.

Your big responsibilities:

Payment of rents, service charge, insurance and business rates

Raising and receiving purchase orders

Raising invoices and chasing payment

Setting up new suppliers

Facilitating insurance claims

Good excel skills including VLOOKUP's and pivot tables

Good eye for detail and good communication skills

General assistant duties

Landlord and tenant communications for all items relating to the sites

Lease review and updating excel spreadsheet keeping all lease information up to date

Liaising with Facilities Manager for ongoing maintenance issues within national site portfolio

Assisting Head of Department with acquisition of sites
About you:
You’re detail oriented and your organization skills are second to none.
We’re after a speedy thinker who’s nice to their core. You’re naturally self-motivated, enthusiastic, a great communicator (both written and verbal). You sweat the small stuff and are happy to manage landlords and chase them for information.
You're up for a challenge, and thrive in a busy environment. You are always on the lookout for ways to improve things for customers, colleagues, and you have a bias towards action.
