As a Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent your duties will include:

Register applicants

Organise and attend viewing and valuation

Liaise and negotiate between buyers and vendors

Arrange and agree sales
-
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with buyers and vendors

Achieve pre-agreed targets
The successful Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent will have the following skills / experience:
-
Previous experience in property sales / estate agency
-
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
-
Self-motivation with a ‘can do’ attitude
-
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach
A full UK driving license is required and you must have access to your own vehicle. Business mileage is paid at 45p per mile and provide onsite parking. You must be able to work a 5-day working week (38 hours per week) to include every Saturday (with a day off in lieu during the week), and holiday allowance is 20 days per annum plus bank holidays.
