We are a dynamic and growing company with a strong presence across Europe. Our Cheltenham office is looking to expand our finance team with the addition of an Accounts Payable Assistant. Key Responsibilities:
Processing and managing invoices and purchase ledger transactions
Ensuring all invoices are accurately coded and authorized
Reconciling supplier statements
Preparing payment runs
Handling supplier queries and resolving any discrepancies
Assisting with month-end closing tasks
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial recordsRequirements:
Previous experience in an accounts payable role or handling invoicing and purchase ledger
Candidates who are currently studying or have studied AAT are highly encouraged to apply
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
