The Role:
We’re looking for a Communications and Engagement Lead to work on the Secure by Design programme.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the Programme lead and Change Manager in developing effective Secure by Design communication strategies and creating the Communications, Engagement and Approach Plan (CEAP).
· Supporting the development of the stakeholder map and maintaining its content
· Managing internal communications (campaigns, Sharepoint, newsletters, etc.).
· Drafting content for all communications approaches in differing formats to meet the needs of different audiences.
· Organising initiatives and planning events or working groups from concept to delivery.
· Creating engaging content for all communications platforms.
· Responding to comments and inquiries from stakeholders.
· Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
· Organising company-wide events to foster a sense of community among SbD stakeholders.
· Managing internal communication campaigns to highlight engagement initiatives and share success stories.
· Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products specifically Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
· Good presentation and communication skills, both written and oral
Requirements:
· Experience of working as a member of a team as well as on your own
· Experience of working within a multifaceted programme team
Desirable Requirements:
· Experience in a Cyber Security environment
· Experience and knowledge of Secure by Design
· Understanding of the NCSC Cyber Assurance Framework (CAF)
· Understanding of the NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF) and mapping to CAF
