Owen Payne Recruitment are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a newly established healthcare recruitment company.
Owen Payne Care has been trading for over 12 months, supporting businesses across the UK with temporary, permanent and contract solutions.
The position of Recruitment Consultant will be a full 360 role, which involves a strong focus on developing current clients and generating new business opportunities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who enjoys sales, to progress within a busy, varied but rewarding role.
What benefits does the role offer?
A starting salary of up to £28,000 per annum (OTE £45,000 + per annum)
Uncapped commission scheme

Hands on training and career progression
Working Hours –
Monday to Thursday – 8am ‘til 5pm (4.30pm finish on a chosen day)
Friday – 8am ‘til 3pm
The ideal candidate will –
Have a strong background within business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
Have at least 2 years’ experience within a 360 recruitment consultant role
Possess excellent knowledge of the healthcare industry
Hold strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Be fully computer literate
