Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of goods from my clients main depot to customers locally and nationwide.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that their transport operations are carried out efficiently and effectively, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.

You will monitor transport jobs

Help co-ordinate the work of drivers

Tracking on-time deliveries

Problem solving and supporting customers with any queries.

Help co-ordinate the transportation of goods and materials from the supplier to the customer or storage facility.

Updating records on the Transport Management System and work diaries

Liaise with other departments to share information and ensure an exceptional customer experience

Co-ordinate with transportation companies and drivers to ensure a seamless flow of information

Communicate with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders to provide updates on shipment status
-
Manage and resolve any transportation related issues or queries
