What You'll Be Doing:
Drive Growth: You'll be at the forefront, managing and growing our DTC sales channel, ensuring both revenue and profit targets are smashed.
Innovate & Execute: Develop and implement e-commerce strategies that not only meet but exceed our ambitious sales and traffic goals.
Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day management of our Shopify website—think pricing, content, graphics, and more.
Lead Merchandising: From assortment planning to pricing strategies and event promotions, you’ll make sure our website stands out.
Optimise Performance: Create and manage KPIs, and use your insights to recommend ways to optimize metrics like traffic and conversion.
Collaborate & Execute: Work with web development, creative, customer service, and warehouse teams to keep everything running smoothly.
Global Expansion: Help define and implement the strategy for launching our DTC channel in the EU and UK.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: In e-commerce, with hands-on experience in Shopify.
Data Savvy: Strong analytical and business intelligence skills are a must.
Leadership: You’re a natural leader with excellent communication skills.
Strategic & Tactical: You can see the big picture but also enjoy getting hands-on.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify, digital marketing, and web analytics is essential.
Education: A BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
