Alliance Personnel are seeking a Part Time Administrator to join one of their clients based in DY4 area.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the MD and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities

Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing

Manage office supplies and equipment

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

Assist with data entry tasks

Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette

Maintain accurate records and databases

Support the MD with various administrative tasks
Qualifications

Proficient in administrative tasks and computerised systems

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

Ability to type accurately and efficiently

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Working hours : PART TIME 16 hrs per week
TEMP - PERM
