We are working with an expanding local business in the Wigan area. Based within modern offices close to the town centre, they are looking to recruit an Appointment Setter to work closely with the Business Development Managers within the team. The main focus of this role is to schedule non-obligatory, free of charge surveying appointments with key decision makers of new and prospective clients.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
Making a high volume of outbound calls to businesses to offer non obligatory quotations
Logging key information on internal database, ensuring client contacts are kept up to date and accurate
Managing pipeline tasks on the CRM system
Scheduling appointments for the external manufacturers to complete surveys
Networking with potential new customers via LinkedIn
Responding to incoming queries from customers from various social media platforms
Communicating with customers via email
Working to and achieving targets
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
Be self-motivated, customer focussed and target driven
Be confident liaising with new and existing B2B customers via telephone and email
