Our client is a high-end construction company who are seeking an Office Administrator based in Ampthill to join them on a full-time permanent basis. They are looking for someone to deal with their transport administration duties mostly as well as support the pant team.
Responsibilities of the Office Administrator
Raising order numbers
Co-ordinating bookings for MOT/servicing
Costing the vehicles to various sites
Filing/scanning
Answering the phone
Processing repair orders, keeping them up to date.
Copying/filing.
General administration duties as required
Running reports and organising diaries
Updating dates & maintenance records onto system
Requirements for a successful Office Administrator
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Intermediate IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication skills.
Summary of the Office Administrator role
Salary: £25,000
