Our client a leading Mining & Civils client are looking for an experienced HR Advisor on a permanent basis or their site.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Generalist, looking after absence management, grievance and disciplinary, organisational changes and All HR related matters. Role will be on a mix of office and site basis and opportunity to work from home (by arrangement on occaision). Candidates need to be CIPD Level 5 or above and able to travel between current sites / offices at Scarborough and Whitby.
