First Task Professional are delighted to be working with one of the UK largest maintenance contractors, to help support with the recruitment of a Commercial lead one their regions, based out of Glasgow. This brand are a well known and recognised brand who deliver a variety of roofing, kitchen and bathroom replacement, asset management and void property repairs across housing, industrial and education sectors.
Duties of this role:

Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion. Including management of surveyors

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met within budget and schedule constraints.

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones

Conduct surveys, measurements, and assessments of work to be done to establish scope of work.

Prepare detailed cost estimates for surveying projects, including materials, labour, plant and equipment.

Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial objectives are met

Develop and maintain strong supply chain relationships
-
Ensure that all applications for payments are issued accurately and on time.

Manage cash flow, protecting the company’s financial performance, cash flow and debt.

Review monthly CVR submissions with senior team.
