Role overview
We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional focusing on Leadership in our Manufacturing sites. The project will be to conduct a comprehensive leadership training needs analysis, against a set of core skills, across an organization in 35 countries, and make and present to senior leadership a proposal for the leadership development for the short, medium and long term.
Essential Functions

Liaising with VP’s, Directors, and Managers

Understand structure in a global, matrixed environment.

Analyze and summarize current leadership capabilities and skills gaps.

Contribute to competency framework.

Create strategic L&D roadmap for Manufacturing Operations.

You'll have a focus on reducing speed to competency and improving overall training, communication, and support approach.
Experience and Skills

Minimum 5 years’ solid experience

Strong Senior stakeholder management

Global experience desirable
