About the Role:
As a Finance Assistant you will:
Process Financial Documents: Accurately handle invoices, credit card statements, and supplier payments, ensuring timely and precise processing.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and engineers, resolving queries and processing refunds with efficiency and care.
Ensure Financial Accuracy: Reconcile statements, balances, receipts, and remittances to uphold financial integrity.
Manage Customer Finance Applications: Activate and oversee customer finance applications, ensuring all documentation is processed correctly.
