Contracts Manager - Cornwall
Our client, a busy maintenance contractor is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee planned maintenance projects on social housing in Cornwall.
Day to day:
Visiting sites
Client liaison
Speaking with Site Supervisors
Meeting with senior management
Using schedule of rates
Requirements:
It's essential you have schedule of rates experience
Good maintenance experience
Experience managing all trades.
Social housing experience would be beneficial.
This is really exciting permanent role for someone to grow their career as a Contracts Manager with a busy and reputable company, salary between £50,000 and £55,000 + van.
