Our client is a leading IT solution provider and server system integrator based in St Albans, Hertfordshire, with a group turnover exceeding £100M and clients around the world, is offering an exciting opportunity. Our client delivers over 25,000 servers annually to its reseller partner network, which spans sectors such as datacentre, enterprise, media & entertainment, education & academia, fintech, and others.
In the position of CRM & Marketing Automation Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and optimize marketing and sales initiatives across various regions, target audiences, and channels, all with the goal of growing our customer base. You will focus on understanding customer motivations and the journey from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL), turning these insights into actionable strategies.
With your expertise and proactive approach, you'll stay on top of industry trends, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table. You'll manage projects efficiently, adjust to changing needs, and ensure all activities are both measurable and scalable, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:

Experience with email marketing and marketing automation software: Ideally HubSpot and/or Marketo.

Aware of current state-of-the-art marketing operations, email, webinar, forms, and other industry knowledge, best practices, and trends.

Thinks creatively to determine how to streamline processes and improve overall business efficiency.

Experience with email HTML/CSS would be beneficial.

Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) is beneficial
