Role Overview
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for both inbound and outbound calls. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support with a friendly and professional approach. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Answering inbound calls and responding to customer queries in a timely and courteous manner.

Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, provide information, or resolve issues.

Accurately logging customer interactions and updating customer records.

Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Working closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

Excellent telephone manner.
