Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents
Conduct cost analysis and prepare estimates
Assist in the procurement of materials and services
Provide support to the Quantity Surveyor in managing project costs
Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost efficiency and accuracy
Assist in the evaluation of subcontractor bids and proposals
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project costsAbout the Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cost estimation software
Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines
