Work closely with digital agencies & internal brand & content team to drive improved growth and reach.
Craft and implement strategies to enhance search rankings and organic traffic.
Drive growth in backlink profile, keywork reach, domain authority with an always on SEO approach
Develop a high-performing content strategy and champion an SEO mindset across departments to produce SEO friendly content.
Manage the digital marketing channels, including budgeting, campaign planning and collaboration with external agencies.
Work closely with he trading team to ensure a full 360 calendar is in place to support to reach of trading campaigns.
Ownership of all CRM channels, email and SMS campaigns and referral and loyalty programmes.
Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention
Analyse campaign success, translate data into actionable insights and optimise strategies for continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of digital trends, tools, and strategus, making recommendations for new approaches.
