The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Business Development Assistant to support our business development efforts in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare, strong analytical skills, and a keen interest in driving business growth through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the healthcare sector in various branches in UK.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.

Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to the healthcare industry.

Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with client information, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and follow-up activities with healthcare providers, clients, and stakeholders.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement healthcare-specific marketing campaigns and materials.

Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Requirements:

A background or strong interest in the healthcare sector is essential.

Must have a full UK driving license and have the Right to work full-time.

Previous experience in business development, sales support, or administrative roles, preferably within healthcare.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
