Our client is a rapidly expanding property business and they are now looking to recruit a Management Accountant with property industry experience to join the growing head office team.
Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will have an overarching responsibility for the service charge reporting, budget and reconciliation of a portfolio residential and mixed-use developments. This role sits within a team of 4-5 Property Accountants, encompassed by a larger Finance department based in Manchester City Centre.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analysing periodic expenditure for including accruals and prepayments to produce Budget Vs. Expenditure Reports

Prepare service charge accounts and associated schedules for auditors

Working with the Property Team to establish annual service charge budgets

Invoice preparation and processing for Service Charge invoices

Oversight of regular bank reconciliation process

Assist with the resolution of queries from various stakeholders in relation to the financial management of the properties
