Job Title: Home Manager
Keystone Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of a reputable residential care home in Greater Manchester. The postholder will ensure the highest standards of care and support for our residents, while managing staff and resources efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
Lead, mentor, and support a team of care staff to achieve outstanding care delivery
Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents.
Maintain accurate records and reports in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
Liaise with residents, families, and external agencies to ensure effective communication and care coordination
Oversee budget management, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and satisfaction of residents and staff.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experienced in a managing a Nursing/Residential Dementia care home
Committed to a structured approach to training and development of staffs
Understanding of the Care Standards Act and Health & Safety
Relevant qualifications in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care)
