Our client is a leading estates management provider, supporting a number of military sites across the Salisbury Plan. Located predominantly at Larkhill garrison, we’re recruiting for a project delivery officer who’s looking for the next step in their career. Working within a dynamic team you’ll get the opportunity to lead on roofing refurbishment projects.
You will assist in a wide range of tasks such as surveying roofs, identifying solutions for defects and leaks, maintaining project documentation and supporting the Management Team to ensure all projects are operating on time.
You will ensure compliance with company management system including all procedures and processes with regards to Lifecycle Project Management, Procurement and Finance.
You will assist in surveying roofs and liaising with Maintenance Teams.
You will prepare and maintain project documentation ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
You will assist the Project Team to ensure that all Projects are delivered in line with the CDM Regulations and Safe System of Work, Asbestos Management and QHSE requirements. Qualifications & Experience:
An industry recognised qualification in building / roofing or facilities management.
Previous experience working in a roofing surveying, refurbishment, management or project environment is essential.
As well as experience in project management and significant experience in report writing and administration. Proven knowledge and understanding of building regulations is also key.
A solid skill set comprising excellent written communication and presentation skills, excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills and the ability to demonstrate a proactive, flexible approach performing well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
