Job Description: As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across the UK. You will identify new business opportunities and your primary goal will be to increase market share in the powered access market.
Key Responsibilities for National Sales Manager:
Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and market reach.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Requirements:
Proven experience as a National Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role, preferably in the powered access market.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Strategic thinking with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
