Connect2Halton are looking for care assistants to join our caring team to support residents in our Halton Borough Council care homes. You'll assist with daily activities, personal care, and emotional well-being, ensuring dignity and independence are upheld.

Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene).
Support residents' emotional and cultural needs.
Maintain accurate care records.
Assist with community activities and health & safety protocols.
Qualifications
NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care preferred.
Experience in a care setting, especially with older adults or dementia.
