Paid Media Manager – Are you ready to be a changemaker in performance marketing?
If so, Spider are advertising on behalf of a leading performance marketing agency, renowned for its transformative work with some of Europe’s largest retailers and brands! They are looking for a Senior Account Executive / Paid Media Manager to join their team in Hull, East Yorkshire on a full-time hybrid basis.
As a Paid Media Manager, you'll play a key role in managing and optimising paid search campaigns for blue-chip clients. You’ll be working closely with the Account Director and repot to the Account Manager. you'll handle campaigns from beginning to end ensuring they meet client goals and exceed expectations.
Day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:
- Create and nurture strong relationships with clients
- Manage and optimise Google and Microsoft ad campaigns
- Generate and analyse data reports to drive campaign strategy
- Build effective paid search campaigns and performance reports
- Assist in training and managing junior team members
- Develop and execute tests across all channels to improve performance
What are they looking for?
The ideal candidate will be driven, determined, and a self-disciplined approach are vital to be effective in this role. You should be able to easily adapt to different personalities, be a proactive team player who is highly organised, enabling you to manage a busy workload. Key skills and knowledge include experience in paid search, strong activation knowledge of Google Ads, interest and expertise in digital marketing, strong numerical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights, excellent presentational and communication skills, a collaborative spirit, adaptability to change, agency experience is desirable and administrative experience is essential.
On offer is a competitive salary of £24,000 - £27,000 per annum DOE as well as a range of benefits including:
