Office Based roleRole Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support our team with essential administrative tasks. This role includes minute-taking, junior PA responsibilities, and general project administration. You will be working for a housing association in the heart of Stratford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minute Taking:
- Attend meetings and accurately record and distribute minutes.
- Track and follow up on action items and deadlines.
- PA Support:
- Assist with diary management, scheduling, and appointment setting.
- Organise travel arrangements and prepare documents.
- Manage emails and correspondence on behalf of senior management.
- Project Administration:
- Maintain project documentation and ensure files are up-to-date.
- Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Support the organisation of project-related events and training.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication.
- Provide regular updates to project managers on administrative tasks.
- General Administrative Duties:
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Handle general office tasks such as filing and scanning.
- Provide support for ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in an administrative role, ideally within a project management or PA capacity.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and minute-taking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
