Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic buying office? We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
No buying experience is required, but we do require you to have excellent admin skills, be well-organized and accurate.
About the Role:
As an Administrator in my client's buying office, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of their purchasing team. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and maintaining accurate records.
Carrying out checks on items.
Transferring information.
Handling general administrative tasks.
Supporting the buying team with any ad-hoc duties as required. Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in an administrative role.
Be a strong all round administrator.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
A proactive approach with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Be immediately available. The Salary/Benefits for the Administrator role:
Salary:£27,300 per annum pro rata
25 Days Holidays pro rata
Hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm Please note that this is a 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.
