A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Account Administrator to join a successful and established utility company.
This role will involve working alongside the Client Services team and will provide administrative and back-office support. The ideal candidate will be someone with previous experience in administration and is self-motivated and proactive. This is a hybrid and permanent role.
Key Duties:

Provide online data entry

Manage and update bills from prospective and existing clients

Have good knowledge of company’s CRM system

Prepare Excel spreadsheets for clients and suppliers

Deal with enquiries over phone or email
-
Log contracts, live dates and terminations, and energy consumptions by contacting suppliers

Prepare and send VAT declarations and Direct debit Mandates to suppliers

Submit meter reads
Key Skills:
-
5 years industry experience/or administration experience
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Self-motivated and proactive
-
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Great attention to detail
